Van wyen family - Pennsylvania

I was introduced to Doodlefolk watching Krystyna breed all of Lucy’s litters on Instagram and was fascinated and impressed with her dedication to using love AND scientific research to raise those beautiful puppies. I watched it all with no intention of getting a dog myself. My husband, a dog lover, asked many times if we could get a dog but it never felt quite right. We had begun to finally consider it when Melissa was introduced as part of Doodlefolk. When I found out Melissa was also going to breed her beautiful Maggie using the same philosophies and practices as Krystyna, something tugged at my heart and made me feel like the stars were aligning. After talking it through carefully with my husband we reached out to Melissa who kindly and honestly answered our long list of questions. It was especially important to us to get a dog with the right temperament and background due to my husband’s physical disability that requires the use of a wheelchair full time.

We decided to move forward and signed up on the waiting list. Our Doodlefolk pup, Schröder (originally Schroeder of the Peanuts Litter), is currently 8 months old and he has changed our family’s life so much for the better. He has been well adjusted, social, curious and responsive to us from the moment we got him. He was comfortable in his crate and had very few accidents in the house right from the start. His personality keeps us laughing every day.

We feel like Schröder was meant to be ours, but we have kept in touch with many of his litter mates and have often commented that no matter which one we picked it would have been an amazing choice. I credit all of his positive traits to Doodlefolk’s transparent, responsible breeding and whelping practices. These puppies are given a strong foundation in a clean, loving home, where their mother is cared for impeccably. The ENS and extensive socialization they experience from birth results in some of the bests dogs I’ve ever seen (not to mention they’re physically stunning). I would highly recommend working with Doodlefolk to bring another family member into your home. You won’t regret it!

Hansen Family - Utah

We have Franklin (Paul from the Beetles litter). He is truly a gently giant and like another member of our family. He has to be by us at all times and is so patient with our kids. My youngest daughter puts a leash on him and makes him play with her all over the house. He is our first dog and I was so worried about having a dog, let alone a giant one. He is so chill and a dream in the house. He also LOVES the snow and spends most evenings being our watch dog on our back patio. He has brought so much joy to our family!
